COVID-19 Update
Effective June 01, 2020
We understand that some of these precautions may be an inconvenience, however they are necessary for your own protection as well as the protection of everyone in the building.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
DO NOT attend your appointment if you are ill in any way. If you have had symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 prior to your appointment, you will be declined treatment/entry to the clinic.
We ask that you not to bring any guests to your appointment, unless you live in the same household - where a maximum of 1 guests is permitted.
Bring as few possessions with you as possible (e.g. bags, coats etc)
ON ARRIVAL
A maximum of 1 person will be able to wait in the clinic waiting area.
Put on your face covering before you enter. You must wear a face covering at all times in the building unless it needs to be removed for a treatment.
If you do not have a face covering, you will need to purchase a surgical mask from us for £1.
Remove any gloves and put them in your bag or pocket.
Sanitise your hands on the way in and the way out.
WHEN INSIDE
Maintain a 2m distance from others wherever possible. Where it is not possible, make it as far as is practical. Avoid face to face contact wherever possible.
Use contactless payments e.g. Apple Pay, G-Pay, Samsung Pay where possible as this eliminates contact with the card reader (the card reader will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes between each use).
Do not touch your face or mask.
Sneeze or cough into your elbow and away from others.
Minimise the time in the treatment room. Forms can be filled out where possible
